- Your word should be a promise that cannot be broken
- If you say that you will ‘do’ something - lend, call, help, invite … DO IT
- If you say that you will ‘do’ something and don’t … you can never be trusted
- Wouldn’t you like to be known as someone that ’never breaks a promise'
