@ T-H-I-N-K ... before Speaking

Here's a phrase based on 5 letters we should all keep in mind before speaking.

T - Is it True? ... speak with facts, not opinion (and if it is opinion state it)

H - is it Helpful? ... is what you are about to say uplifting or critical?

I - is it Inspiring? ... will it motivate the person to better things, is it a win for both?

N - is it Necessary? ... is your comment in response to a request or self-praising

K - is it Kind? ... is what you're about to say respectful and non-threatening
